Remote - U.S. & Canada Only | Full-Time

Compensation:

$45,000–$65,000 USD (U.S.-based candidates)
$50,000–$75,000 CAD (Canada-based candidates)

Level Agency is hiring a hands-on, detail-obsessed SEO Analyst to execute, optimize, and continuously improve search performance across client accounts.

You’ll be deep in the work—auditing, optimizing, analyzing, and iterating every day. This is not a passive or purely strategic role. It’s for someone who takes pride in execution and sees rankings, traffic, and conversions as outcomes they own.

As an SEO Analyst, you’ll be responsible for executing SEO strategies that drive measurable organic growth.

You will:

• Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
• Optimize site structure, metadata, and content for search visibility
• Support link-building and authority development efforts

• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms
• Analyze rankings, traffic, and engagement to identify opportunities
• Translate data into actionable recommendations

• Conduct site audits and troubleshoot technical SEO issues
• Support keyword research and content optimization strategies
• Partner with content and dev teams to implement improvements

• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and SEO trends
• Identify new opportunities to improve efficiency and results
• Test, iterate, and refine strategies based on performance

• Contribute to client reporting and performance storytelling
• Work cross-functionally to ensure SEO is integrated across channels
• Help translate insights into clear, actionable next steps

• 2+ years of SEO and/or digital marketing experience
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A mindset focused on execution, iteration, and improvement

• Experience in a digital marketing agency
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and workflows
• SEO or digital marketing certifications
