About Advision Development
Advision Development is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with several years of hands-on SEO experience, particularly with WordPress or similar content management systems, and a keen interest in leveraging AI tools to optimize and scale SEO efforts.
You’ll work closely with a Sr SEO Specialist to explore ways to leverage AI for various technical and content SEO initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve rankings, and increase conversions
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and competitor analysis
- Optimize and publish content using WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices and site improvements
- Leverage AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
- Stay current with SEO and AI trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven experience working with WordPress or other major CMS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered tools to support SEO strategies
- Solid understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO principles
- Proficient with standard SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with schema markup, site migrations, or international SEO
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (content, design, development)
Salary Range
65K – 75K/yr
