- Configure patterns, MID Servers, and orchestration.
- Integrate monitoring tools and automate alerts.
- Optimize CMDB data quality and reporting.
Requirements:
- 5+ years ServiceNow ITOM experience.
- Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM preferred.
