Job Summary & Responsibilities

Before the Show

  • Film talent prep and studio set up (rehearsals, mic checks, behind the scenes)
  • Film producers take on the upcoming show
  • Capture short BTS iPhone clips and photos for early social hype
  • Post a pre-show warm-up clip using #OPLiveNow

During Commercial Breaks

  • Quick BTS check-ins with talent (short video soundbites, fun reactions)
  • Control room reactions to show moments

Immediately After Priority Segments

  • Triple play, BOLO and Missing clipped and posted to social ASAP

Throughout the Show (Live Window)

  • Post in real time using hashtags to spark fan engagement
  • Monitor comments and flag standout UGC or trending conversations
  • Rapid editing/packaging of standout clips into vertical/square formats for posting.

After the Show (Wrap Window)

  • Capture closing BTS with talent
  • Post a clean "That's a Wrap" image or video with a fan CTA
  • Provide extra BTS assets for weekday usage by the full time Content Producer
Preferred Qualifications
  • Based in the Jersey City / NYC metro area with reliable weekend transportation or committed to traveling to Jersey City on weekends for work.
  • Proven experience filming high-quality vertical video on iPhone or similar mobile device.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Photoshop (preferred).
  • Strong creative instincts and an eye for framing, timing, and what makes content shareable.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, live-production environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and professionalism when interacting with talent and crew.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Physical requirements
    • Average siting, standing and office type movement.
    • Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to hear and see clearly.
    • Dexterity to manipulate computer keys and other office equipment
    • Requires the ability to think creatively and articulate information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
