The Lifetime Value Company (LTV) is a data-driven tech company on a mission to put the power of information into the hands of everyday people. Since 2007, we've built a portfolio of industry-leading consumer brands — and BeenVerified is one of our most recognized.
BeenVerified aggregates billions of records from government databases, court systems, property records, social media, and business data sources into a fast, intuitive platform. Our consumer product has served millions of individuals — and our Business offering is purpose-built for organizations that need to verify, enrich, and act on data at scale through Bulk Upload and a full-featured API.
About the Job
The SMB Account Executive owns the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying to demoing and closing — for SMB and mid-market accounts. This is a hunter role built for someone who is self-motivated, outbound-first, and comfortable owning a deal from first touch to signed contract.
You'll represent BeenVerified's B2B data solutions — people records, bulk search, and API integrations — to businesses that rely on accurate, real-time data to verify and connect with their customers and leads. For larger enterprise opportunities, you'll collaborate with senior sales leadership and earn commission on closed deals.
What You Will Get to Do
  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage every stage of the deal — from first outreach to signed contract. Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close SMB accounts independently.
  • Build Your Own Pipeline: Drive outbound through cold calling, email, and social selling. Expect 75–80% of your pipeline to be self-sourced.
  • Qualify Fast: Apply MEDDIC to assess fit and prioritize ruthlessly — you know when to push forward and when to walk away.
  • Earn on Enterprise Referrals: When you uncover an account that exceeds the SMB threshold, hand it off to our Senior AE and get paid for the qualified meeting. Your upside isn't capped at what you close yourself.
  • Own Your CRM: Keep pipeline, activity, and opportunity data accurate in HubSpot.
  • Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor moves, and BeenVerified's evolving product so every conversation is value-driven.
  • Business Travel: Attend industry conferences or events as needed, several per year.

Target Markets:
You will be prospecting into businesses that rely on accurate people data to validate lead and contact data, connect with leads, and reach the right people more effectively.
  • Real estate professionals — agents, brokers, and industry associations looking to validate lead contact information and reach prospects more effectively
  • Home services companies — roofing, HVAC, cleaning, and other residential service businesses that need to confirm identity and contact details for inbound leads before dispatching teams to a property
  • Staffing and recruiting agencies — firms that need to verify candidate contact information and enrich records quickly across high-volume workflows
  • Insurance companies and independent agents — locating individuals, validating contact information, and enriching records across personal lines insurance operation

What You Bring to the Table
Must-Haves:
  • 1–3 years of full-cycle SMB sales experience
  • Proven outbound hunter — you build pipeline from scratch, not from handed leads
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a personalized, not templated, outreach style
  • MEDDIC fluency (or equivalent qualification framework)
  • AI-first mindset — you actively use AI tools to sharpen prospecting, messaging, and workflow, not just experiment with them occasionally
  • HubSpot experience (or comparable CRM)
  • Self-directed — you manage your own pipeline and priorities without needing constant oversight
  • Based in the US; able to visit our NYC office ~once a month and travel to occasional industry events
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, data, fintech, or adjacent industries
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)
  • Experience selling an API or data product
  • Experience selling to home services companies and real estate professionals.
Your Reward for Greatness
  • 100% remote work culture that supports flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Base salary + Uncapped Commission
  • Home Utility Bonus
  • Great health insurance including medical, dental, and vision
  • Life insurance and personal accident insurance are fully paid by LTV
  • Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance
  • Pet Insurance via Fetch for those who have furry family members, offering coverage for veterinary expenses and peace of mind.
  • Traditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) options
    • Eligible Day 1!
    • Company matching up to 6% of your gross annual compensation
    • Fully vested immediately
  • Competitive Paid Time Off and Sick Time provided
  • Day of Personal Significance
  • Birthday Holiday
  • Paid holidays throughout the year
  • Early sign off before a paid company holiday
  • 5 additional days off for the End of the Year break!
  • Meal delivery twice a week through Seamless/DoorDash
  • Anniversary Appreciation Gifts and Milestones Bonuses
  • Free ClassPass On-Demand workouts to Monthly ClassPass Subsidy
  • Tax Preparation Bonus
  • Home Office Reimbursement Perk up to $500 for your perfect work from home setup
  • Student loan repayment & financial wellness resources via Peanut Butter
  • Travel Expense Reimbursement for Qualifying Medical Care
  • Flexible Savings Account/Health Savings Account
  • Password Management with 1Password
  • Professional Development Budget, training, and opportunities for professional growth - as we grow, you grow!
  • An innovative culture with great people to work with!
