We’re looking for a Social Media Community Associate to join our Beckett Customer Experience team. You will manage and engage with the company’s social media community across various platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
Onsite Requirement:
This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
You’ll report to the Customer Experience Manager and work from our Plano, TX office.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner
Track and analyze sentiment trends on social media platforms to gauge customer perceptions and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with the customer service team to address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns raised on social media platforms
Act as a liaison between the social media team and customer service team, facilitating communication and sharing relevant information to ensure a seamless customer experience
Collaborate on developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through social media engagement and support
Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Willing to travel for occasional event support as needed
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and community engagement
Proven track record of managing social media platforms effectively, preferably in a customer-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In-depth understanding of various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit
Proficiency in using social media and customer relationship management tools for monitoring and analyzing performance
Ability to maintain a professional and engaging tone in customer interactions
Strong customer centric mindset with the ability to empathize and address customer concerns effectively
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly with marketing and customer service teams
Meticulous attention to detail in monitoring social media channels and responding to comments and messages promptly and accurately
Physical Requirements
Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time
Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks
Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions
Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 pounds
Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Hourly Rate:
The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $19. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
