  • Manage influencer activations, including campaign briefs, outreach, creator communications, negotiations, content review and execution.
  • Analyze social and campaign performance, establish appropriate KPIs and benchmarks, and turn results into actionable recommendations.
  • Use social listening and analytics tools to support reporting, audience research, competitive research and strategic insights.
  • Draft polished client communications and independently manage day-to-day client needs, deliverables and deadlines.

  • Strong B2B social media background, ideally including experience with enterprise, technology or other complex brands.
  • Hands-on influencer and creator marketing experience is required, including experience working directly with influencers and/or their representatives.
  • Experience across brand social and executive social programs, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Experience with social media management, listening and analytics tools; Sprout Social experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal and client-facing communication skills.
  • Strong strategic judgment paired with a willingness and ability to execute the day-to-day work.
  • Highly self-directed, organized and comfortable stepping into established client programs with limited ramp-up time.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working across account teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
