Nibble is a fast-growing short-form content agency based in Austin, TX, recently acquired by The Bluebird Group. We partner with leading consumer brands to produce TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that drive both organic engagement and paid performance. In under a year, we've worked with 35+ brands—collectively generating billions in annual revenue—and produce over 500 assets per month. With a strong sales pipeline, we’re continuing to scale rapidly.
We are adding an entry-level team member to support our Creative Strategy function. This role is ideal for someone who is active on social media, excited to learn, and eager to get hands-on experience in the marketing and creative world.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate posting schedules across multiple brand accounts
- Write captions, hashtags, and basic copy aligned with brand voice
- Track and report on key performance metrics for short-form content
- Research trends, formats, hooks, and sounds; provide recommendations to the creative strategy team
- Communicate with creators participating in active brand campaigns
- Support project management workflows to keep content and campaigns on track
Qualifications
- Active social media user with strong awareness of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends
- Interest in marketing, creative strategy, and direct-response advertising
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter who is proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly with a dispersed team
- Ability to meet occasionally in Austin, TX or Northwest Arkansas (preferred but not required)
