This full-time Social Media Manager position is based in our brand-new Ultralytics office in London, UK, with a hybrid model of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the UK, as Ultralytics does not provide visa sponsorship.

🚀 What you'll do

As a Social Media Manager at Ultralytics, you will own our digital voice and drive our community engagement strategy. You will be responsible for bringing our cutting-edge AI solutions to a global audience. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our audience and enhance engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Creating, scheduling, and publishing high-quality, original content (including text, images, and videos) that showcases our Ultralytics YOLO models, Ultralytics Platform, and the latest advancements in vision AI.

• Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce high-quality graphics and videos that align with our brand identity.

• Monitoring and engaging with our community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster a positive and active community.

• Analyzing social media metrics using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to track performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing our strategy.

• Collaborating with our Engineering and Marketing teams to create content for product launches, events, and major announcements from our blog.

• Staying at the forefront of social media trends, new platform features, and the competitive AI landscape to ensure Ultralytics remains a leading voice in the industry.

Your strategic vision and creative expertise will be essential in supporting Ultralytics' mission of delivering top-tier machine learning tools and models to the community.

🧠 Skills and experience

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally within the AI, deep learning, or developer-focused technology industry.

• Demonstrable expertise in creating content for and managing professional accounts on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva.

• Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

• Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic adjustments.

• Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with a talent for making complex technical topics like object detection and instance segmentation accessible and exciting.

• A proactive and creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
