  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools; recommend strategies for growth and increased engagement.
  • Stay up to date on trends, features, and best practices in social media; advise on new opportunities for institutional storytelling.
  • Proactively pitch faculty experts to secure media opportunities where they can offer expert commentary on legal, social, and policy issues.

  • Collaborate with Communications, Events, Admissions, Advancement, and Alumni Relations to ensure alignment of messaging and maximize visibility.

  • Demonstrated success creating and implementing social media campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of social media and/or PR work.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, or similar) and analytics tools.
  • Experience using Meltwater or comparable media intelligence/social listening tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance proactive planning with responsive communications needs.

Preferred:
