NVIDIA is looking for a outstanding Networking & Software Architect to join the NIC Software/Firmware Architecture group. Be part of a team crafting the next generation DPUs and SmartNICs. Collaborate with both hardware and software architects, R&D teams and develop PoC-level code. Join an assemble of outstanding people, whose goal is to be industry and technology leaders of tomorrow platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Define next-generation SmartNIC software and firmware stacks’ architecture to match expected and future workloads.

  • Conduct research in network protocols, explore new network technologies, extend networking drivers, driver offloads and accelerators of various SmartNICs-related tasks.

  • Conduct research in network protocols, new network technologies, networking drivers, accelerations, and offloading of various network-related tasks

What We Need to See:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

  • 2-4 years of shown experience in the field.

  • Outstanding ability to work independently, interact with customers, and guide R&D teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:

  • Experience in Linx kernel development.

  • Experience in embedded SW/FW development.

  • Familiar with datacenter’s network protocols
