- Work closely with the CEO and CTO to define our AI strategy and influence the product roadmap
- Design and develop our multi-agent AI platform that autonomously extracts, validates and reconciles business identity information from numerous sources across the globe
- Build robust evaluation frameworks to benchmark agent performance and ensure high-quality AI outputs
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback, to improve the ways in which AI can improve their workflows
- Continuously staying up to date with the latest in the AI ecosystem
- Help set the culture of the company, promoting a collaborative and fun environment. You'll be part of the founding team and integral for establish not just what we work on, but "how" we work
- Hands-on experience building agent-based LLM applications using open-source or closed-source models (GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Knowledge of RAG techniques and how to optimize them for domain-specific knowledge, including chunking strategies, vector embeddings, and relevance scoring
- Strong Python skills with experience building reliable, scalable production systems
- Customer centric thinking - you're energized by translating user problems into AI solutions that deliver real-world value
- Comfort with ambiguity - you can navigate the challenges of working with emerging technologies where best practices are still evolving
