As a Software Engineer II, you will design scalable systems for GTM functions, collaborate with stakeholders, and build AI-powered automations to enhance workflows.
The summary above was generated by AI

Are you a detail-oriented, engineering-minded builder who thrives on designing scalable systems that unlock growth? Do you enjoy creating automation, agentic AI solutions, and data-driven workflows that accelerate sales cycles and improve go-to-market (GTM) performance? Are you excited to collaborate cross-functionally and leverage tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, and Claude to drive efficiency and insight? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team and help design and build the next generation of automated, AI-powered workflows and tools across our GTM function. Sitting within Revenue Operations, this role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Operations to build scalable systems, integrate tools, and automate workflows that improve speed, efficiency, and reach across the GTM flywheel. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions that create leverage across the organization. This role will leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, and Claude, to accelerate productivity, streamline processes, and unlock insights.

At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture. If this excites you, we’d love to meet you.

You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

The impact you will have:
  • Build AI-powered automations, copilots, and agents that enhance Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience workflows

  • Identify friction points across GTM teams and develop high-impact, scalable solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to scale best practices through systems, automation, and shared insights

  • Design and implement workflow architectures using tools like Workato and system APIs to optimize routing, enrichment, and lifecycle management

  • Develop and maintain a robust data infrastructure strategy across GTM systems and data warehouses

  • Improve data quality through automated monitoring, validation, and observability best practices

  • Translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions that drive measurable impact

  • Lead projects end-to-end from design through deployment while maintaining clear communication and alignment

  • Partner with RevOps and business stakeholders to define metrics, reporting frameworks, and performance insights

  • Take ownership of systems and processes, continuously iterating to improve scalability and reliability

  • Demonstrate drive in solving ambiguous problems and proactively identifying opportunities for innovation

  • Foster a collaborative, transparent environment that encourages learning, resilience, and continuous growth

What we look for:
  • 2+ years of technical experience in data, product, engineering, consulting, or similar fields

  • Proven ability to analyze workflows and translate them into effective technical solutions

  • Experience with Python or similar programming languages

  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience or interest in data infrastructure, analytics, and reporting

  • Familiarity with APIs, AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude), and modern data ecosystems

  • Ability to design scalable, reliable workflow systems

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges

  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Serious interest in contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team

Bonus:
  • Experience with CRM platforms

  • Background in Sales or Marketing environments

  • Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, or AI system design

  • Experience building internal developer tools or platforms

  • Familiarity with enterprise productivity tools and workflows
