What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development.
- Proven experience building scalable and high-performance applications.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Java, or Python. Experience with NestJS or Express frameworks is preferred.
- Expertise in MongoDB.
- Experience with GCP and/or AWS (Cloud platforms).
- Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in Computer/Software Engineering or a related field.
- A continuous learner, demonstrating a keen interest in staying updated with the evolving software development landscape and best practices.
- Strong passion for software development and being detail-oriented.
- Experience working in a startup environment is preferred.

Your Role Involves
- You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of an innovative AI product, including designing, architecting, testing, and implementing it from the ground up.
- Own the backend development process from initial specification through to tested production code.
- Contribute to the architectural design of solutions for a growing platform, ensuring best practices for maintainability and scalability.
- Actively learn and adapt to best practices, continuously improving your coding skills while supporting the team in architecting robust solutions.
- Work closely with team members and cross-functional colleagues to effectively solve complex problems and overcome design challenges.
