Role Overview

As a Software Engineer at Auctor, you will own and lead engineering projects across our software offerings. You will work closely with our operations, GTM, and deployed services teams to build state-of-the-art systems that provide value to our customers.

We’re looking for people who want to do the most meaningful work of their career—people who are sharp, fast, and relentless. No fluff. Just speed, execution, and a shot to build something generational.

This role is based in New York, NY, in person 5 days per week.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and implement enterprise-level application interfaces

  • Develop complex performant agentic workflows

  • Architect full-stack infrastructure for high-performance applications

  • Retrieve over large corpora of unstructured enterprise data

  • Evaluate LLMs across various application layer use-cases

What You Have
  • Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge

  • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript (Next.js experience preferred)

  • Customer obsession and a knack for developing highly-intuitive products

  • Demonstration of grit and tenacity— previous startup experience is valued

Compensation Range

$175,000-$290,000
