- Support the entire mobile application lifecycle (concept, design, test, and release) in a fast paced environment for both existing and new mobile applications
- Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to grow, design, and implement new features
- Develop in Swift or Kotlin in conjunction with backend work
- Work in iterative sprints to design, develop, and test solutions
- Build automation and tests to streamline development
- Ability to work at Verkada HQ during winter or summer 2026
- Actively pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or similar degree plan) with a graduate date in early to mid 2026
- Proficient understanding of Swift and iOS SDK OR Kotlin and Android SDK, and a willingness to learn about both
- Experience writing multi-threaded, asynchronous code
- Experience working with backend server APIs
- Solid UI development and unit testing skills
- Thorough understanding of fundamental Computer Science concepts
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well alongside engineers of all levels

Pay Disclosure

A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
