The AMP Summer Internship Program offers college students the opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact projects that directly support our Native Search Marketplace and go-to-market strategy.
Interns collaborate with experienced team members, gain exposure to how a fast-growing ad tech company operates, and develop practical, in-demand skills. The program is designed to help you grow professionally while making a real contribution to the business.
By the end of the summer, you'll have a deeper understanding of how AMP creates value through innovation in search advertising - and how your work helps drive that impact.
What you'll do
  • Assist in designing, building, and maintaining scalable platforms
  • Design and implement new features while fixing bugs and improving system reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical design discussions.
  • Write clean, testable, production-quality code and follow engineering best practices.
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and contract tests to ensure system quality and stability.
  • Contribute to and enhance CI/CD pipelines across data engineering and quality engineering workflows.
  • Support and improve ETL pipelines and data workflows that power internal and customer-facing systems.
  • Analyze system metrics, logs, and test results to identify performance bottlenecks, reliability issues, and areas for optimization.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, internal tools, and automation that improve developer efficiency.

Requirements
  • Majoring in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following: Python, Java, Javascript, SQL
  • Currently attending college in the U.S.
