Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

The Solution Architect, Alliance Partners is a technically elite, partner-obsessed professional who serves as the primary technical bridge between CrowdStrike and our Integration Partner ecosystem. You will drive the design, delivery, and enablement of integrations built on the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform — helping partners unlock its full potential while accelerating joint go-to-market success. At CrowdStrike, we're on a mission to stop breaches. This role directly advances that mission by expanding the Falcon Platform's reach through a world-class partner ecosystem. If you thrive at the intersection of deep technical expertise, cybersecurity, and strategic partnerships, this role is for you.

This role supports two distinct partner motions: Associate Tier integration partners and OEM/Embedded partners, each requiring a tailored technical engagement approach.

  • Associate Tier Partners — Focus on technical integration design, validation, enablement, and ongoing partner success with the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform.

  • OEM/Embedded Partners — Focus on Sales Engineering-style go-to-market support including technical demos, proof-of-value execution, and RFI/RFP responses.

This is a remote position which can be performed anywhere in the US.

What You'll Do:

Associate Tier Partner Support

  • Design, build, and validate integrations between partner technologies and the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform against defined standards and best practices.

  • Work closely with Integration Partners, their Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to promote and advance CrowdStrike's technical and business objectives.

  • Assist partners with Not-for-Resale (NFR) environments including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and product training.

  • Build and maintain partner demo environments including demo scenarios that effectively showcase joint solution value.

  • Document integration patterns, best practices, and reference architectures for partner and internal use.

  • Contribute technical content to the CrowdStrike partner portal and integration catalog.

  • Provide technical feedback to CrowdStrike Product teams based on partner integration experiences and field observations.

OEM / Embedded Partner Support

  • Provide Sales Engineering support for OEM/Embedded partners including technical demos, proof-of-value (POV) execution, and RFI/RFP responses.
  • Engage with partner sales and technical teams to support joint selling motions and accelerate deal progression.

Enablement & Training

  • Provide inputs to the technical enablement team to build and improve training content for partners.

  • Serve as the technical liaison between internal CrowdStrike teams and partners to facilitate collaboration and remove blockers.

  • Participate in events such as security conferences, lunch & learns, and partner-sponsored events.

Operations & Innovation

  • Track and report on partner integration health, adoption metrics, escalation trends, and field activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, low-touch partner onboarding experiences through automation and tooling.

  • Identify and incorporate agentic AI solutions to improve integration workflows, partner enablement, and overall operational efficiency.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of technical experience in cybersecurity, solution architecture, or sales engineering.

  • Prior experience working in or with a partner, channel, or alliance ecosystem.

  • Experience in a security-focused solution architect or sales engineer role.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partner engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences including senior executives.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, including CrowdStrike SKOs and major partner events.

Strong technical foundation in modern security platforms and at least several of the following domains:

  • Endpoint Defense

  • Modern Malware Lifecycle

  • Threat Intelligence

  • Security Operations & Incident Response

  • Endpoint Management

  • Cloud Security & Cloud Operations

  • SIEM, SOAR, or XDR platform integrations

  • Experience with one or more modern programming languages: Go, Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, or equivalent.

  • Experience with data consumption capabilities including REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhook-based integration patterns, scripting, MCP, and common data exchange formats (JSON, XML, etc.).

  • Proficiency in scripting languages including PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python.

  • Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent) to accelerate integration development and operational workflows.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with CrowdStrike SDKs: FalconPy, PSFalcon, GoFalcon, or FalconJS

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or equivalent.
