ZoneBilling Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join Zone & Co and lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced software solutions across our full suite of products. In this customer-facing role, you’ll transform complex business requirements into scalable technical designs, ensuring seamless implementation in collaboration with customers and internal teams. You’ll provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and leverage your expertise in cloud technologies, financial compliance, and modern architectures to deliver secure, high-performing solutions. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive customer success while shaping the future of Zone & Co’s product infrastructure.

As a Solution Architect at Zone & Co, you’ll be the bridge between customer needs and innovative solutions. In this role, you will:

• Design and deliver scalable solutions on ZoneBilling and related products, ensuring security, performance, and alignment with customer goals.

• Lead customer workshops and demos to define requirements, showcase capabilities, and build trusted partnerships.

• Translate business needs into technical designs, guiding teams through implementation, configuration, and best practices.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Sales to refine features, drive adoption, and support presales opportunities.

• Oversee integrations and compliance, ensuring solutions align with standards, financial regulations (ASC 606, IFRS 15), and Zone & Co best practices.

• Drive continuous improvement, optimizing performance post-deployment and evolving processes based on feedback.

• Provide hands-on support, from documentation and UAT to onboarding and training, ensuring customers achieve success with Zone & Co solutions.

As a Solution Architect at Zone & Co, you’ll shape impactful customer solutions from design through delivery. In this role, you will:

• Develop expertise in ZoneBilling and our full product suite.

• Partner directly with customers to understand needs and design scalable, secure solutions.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to align requirements.

• Create and present proof-of-concept demos that showcase solution capabilities.

• Lead technical guidance, training, and enablement to ensure successful adoption.

• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, clear communication, and proactive risk management

 What you Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a SaaS organization, ideally within fintech
• Expertise in cloud computing platforms AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in the fintech sector
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, SuiteScript, and complex ERP implementations, especially NetSuite
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, advanced revenue management ARM, and ASC 606/IFRS 15
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and saved search functionality
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Ability to simplify complex technical issues into accessible, customer-centered solutions
•  NetSuite Certifications (Financial User, Administrator, ERP
• Experience in consulting and project management, with a history of managing customer communications and timelines
