Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the implementation of high-level architectural solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead business intelligence and data analysis initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend technology tools and platforms.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team.
Critical skills:
- Understanding of LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents
- Basic prompt engineering
- Familiarity with OpenAI API, LangChain, HuggingFace Transformers, Vector DBs (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)
- Use case validation for AI applications
- Ability to conduct AI capability mapping
- Agile/Scrum methodology
- Clear communication of model constraints & behaviors
- Awareness of data privacy, PII/PHI handling, and access control mechanisms
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Professional Services environments.
- Expertise in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with either cloud-based analytics platforms or enterprise-scale data solutions.
- Understanding of project delivery frameworks and methodologies.
