Role Summary

We're looking for a customer-focused, consultative Solution Consultant to partner with Sales in helping enterprise organizations solve complex workforce challenges. You will engage prospects throughout the sales cycle by leading discovery, delivering compelling business-focused demonstrations, designing solution approaches, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

Success in this role comes from translating customer business priorities into meaningful solution narratives that demonstrate how TalentNeuron enables organizations to make smarter workforce decisions. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Experience to ensure customers realize value throughout their journey, from initial discovery and evaluation through adoption, expansion, and ongoing strategic engagements.

While this role is primarily focused on supporting enterprise sales opportunities, you'll also contribute to improving demo assets, competitive positioning, sales enablement, and the overall Solution Consulting practice.

This role is ideal for a Solution Consultant who enjoys solving complex business challenges, partnering with enterprise sales teams, and influencing strategic customer decisions through consultative engagement.

Ways of Working

  • This role is part of TalentNeuron's global Solution Consulting organization, primarily supporting enterprise customers across North America, with occasional support for EMEA, APAC, and other regions as business needs require.
  • Candidates located in the Eastern U.S. time zone are strongly preferred to maximize collaboration with customers and global teams.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Client Experience, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience from discovery through implementation handoff.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to continuously improve our solutions and go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Business Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales supporting complex B2B SaaS solutions, with demonstrated success partnering on enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Account Executives throughout complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated success presenting to executive stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead consultative discovery and translate customer business challenges into compelling solution recommendations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise RFPs, RFIs, technical evaluations, and solution design.
  • Experience working with HR Technology, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, Talent Management, Enterprise Planning, or related business solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
  • Strong consultative discovery and business analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, Client Experience, Marketing, and Engineering.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SaaS architectures, APIs, integrations, and enterprise software environments.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.

Preferred Experience

  • Candidates who bring the following experience will be especially well-positioned for success:
  • Experience with Strategic Workforce Planning, Labor Market Intelligence, Talent Intelligence, Skills Intelligence, People Analytics, or related workforce strategy solutions.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning methodologies, labor market trends, skills taxonomies, and external labor market data.
  • Experience positioning enterprise software solutions against competitive offerings and articulating differentiated business value.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, HCM, FP&A, or Enterprise Planning platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Anaplan, or Adaptive Planning.
  • Experience supporting global enterprise customers and complex, multi-region sales cycles.
  • Experience creating reusable demo assets, industry narratives, sales enablement content, or technical learning materials.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve research, preparation, content creation, and customer engagement.

What We Offer

  • Remote first culture with the flexibility to work from home.
  • Preference for candidates located in the Eastern U.S. time zone to support customer and team collaboration.
  • Flexible schedule. We care about results, not hours.
  • Opportunity to help shape and grow a global Solution Consulting organization.
  • Work alongside industry experts helping the world's leading enterprises solve strategic workforce challenges.
