What You'll Do:
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to support technical discovery and solution design during the pre- and post-sales process
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, helping them understand how Canoe's platform integrates into their existing architecture and workflows
- Create and present solution architecture documentation, demos, and implementation roadmaps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Translate complex client requirements into clear, feasible configurations and implementation plans
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities based on client needs and market feedback
- Work closely with Client Onboarding and Client Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful deployments
- Stay current with Canoe's evolving platform capabilities, continuously improving internal documentation and playbooks
- Represent Canoe's technical capabilities at client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in a Solutions, Sales Engineering, or Implementation Consulting role within a SaaS or data-focused company
- Strong understanding of API integrations, data pipelines, and enterprise system design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences
- Comfortable leading client discovery conversations and adapting solutions to unique client environments
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Deep empathy for clients and a solutions-oriented mindset
