Your Chain of Impact:
- Take part in the technical sales cycle and develop a strategy to win net new customers and drive expansion in our customer base to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Work closely with R&D teams.
- Operate in a consultative process with customers and prospects to define their challenges and opportunities.
- Educate and become a trusted advisor, challenge assumptions and current status, while delivering value to prospects and customers.
- Support technical and business discovery activities, including workshops and demonstrations, across multiple opportunities.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations based on the customer’s environment and testing needs.
Your Chain of Strengths:
- 3+ years in a Pre-Sales/Customer-Facing/Consulting Role
- 2+ years of experience in software development
- Experience from a cybersecurity company- a plus
- Blockchain/Web3 knowledge- a plus
- Early-stage startup SE experience - a plus
- Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present technical solutions concisely to customers and prospects
- Passion for diving into technical issues and solving customer challenges
- English speaking and writing - native speaker or mother tongue level
