Design and deliver scalable, secure end-to-end solution architectures. Translate business requirements into application, integration, data, and infrastructure designs. Lead technical design discussions, produce architecture diagrams and documentation, guide cloud migrations and modernization, enforce architecture standards, identify risks, and mentor engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with business and technology strategies.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure solution architectures.
- Define application, integration, data, and infrastructure architecture.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and enterprise architects.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, reliability, and compliance requirements.
- Review application designs and code to ensure adherence to architecture standards.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Support cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor development teams on architecture best practices and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3–5 years as a Solution Architect.
- Strong experience designing enterprise-level applications and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and system integration.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and messaging technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 72,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 252,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
