The Solutions Consultant is responsible for the following functions pertaining primarily to Numerator’s Insights solutions:

  • Lead with insight. Translate client business needs into customized solutions, delivering compelling narratives and use cases that tie directly to growth, efficiency, and ROI.

  • Drive the pre-sales process. Partner with Sales Directors to influence deal strategy, craft persuasive demonstrations, and co-own project proposal development from scoping to pitch.

  • Thrive in ambiguity. Proactively identify business needs and drive innovative, self-directed solutions.

  • Execute under pressure. Consistently deliver high-quality outcomes within tight timelines.

  • Collaborate effectively across teams. Build alignment and momentum in a dispersed environment.

  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity. Have a bias for learning and solving complex challenges creatively.

  • Maintain a positive, outcome-oriented mindset. Focus on solutions, not obstacles.

  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Analytics, Retail, CPG, or relevant experience in developing business analytics and insights

  • Deep fluency in syndicated and panel-based data (e.g., NielsenIQ, Circana, NPD, SPINS)

  • Strong consultative skills - adept at listening, challenging assumptions, and framing solutions that drive action

  • Executive presence with proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

  • Track record of operating effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and growth-oriented environments

  • Skilled in strategic storytelling, business case development, and value-based selling

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; comfort with data manipulation and analysis is a must

  • Collaborative mindset with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel (as needed) to support in-person client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration sessions
