Serve as technical architect and advisor for enterprise customers, leading presales demos, solution design, and integrations. Build scalable privacy architectures, develop custom scripts and API integrations, support complex CMP/PMP integrations, and enable cross-functional teams to deliver and optimize Didomi implementations.
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to act as the technical architect and strategic advisor for Didomi’s largest global customers in the United States. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business, privacy, and technology—owning the bridge between what customers need and how our platform delivers it.
As an expert in implementation and solution design, your responsibilities cover the critical nexus of sales and services.. You design scalable privacy ecosystems, guide enterprise architecture decisions, and serve as a technical source of truth across Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Product.

Technical Presales Execution
- Delivering technical demos, deep dives, and architecture walkthroughs tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Security, Engineering)
- Assessing technical feasibility for premium features, CMP/PMP integrations, and custom development requests
- Defining implementation approaches, technical scope, and constraints in collaboration with Product and Engineering
- Contributing to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation required during Enterprise buying processes
Strategic Enterprise Consulting
- Leading technical discovery, solution design, and deployment phases for Enterprise customers with complex, multi-layered digital ecosystems (Web, Mobile, Apps, OTT)
- Designing bespoke privacy architectures and workflows that integrate Didomi seamlessly into sophisticated MarTech and AdTech stacks
- Partnering closely with customer DPOs, CTOs, and senior technical stakeholders to translate legal and regulatory requirements into robust, scalable technical configurations
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring compliance initiatives also drive business value and performance
Technical Solution Engineering
- Developing custom scripts, API integrations, and middleware to solve “last-mile” implementation challenges for a wide range of accounts, including Enterprise
- Owning the end-to-end technical lifecycle of a wide range of customers, including Enterprise customers, from late-stage presales through production deployment and post-sales optimization
- Supporting complex CMP and PMP integrations, custom styling, and advanced configuration use cases
- Ensuring solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with Didomi’s long-term product vision
Cross-Functional Center of Excellence
- Managing the feature request lifecycle in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Enabling and educating Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Sales so they can confidently lead high-level technical discussions with customers
Premium Support & Customer Follow-Up
- Conducting regular and punctual technical calls with customers when needed
- Working closely with CSMs to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success

Profile
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting role, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in frontend and/or backend development
- Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into compelling business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting complex sales cycles, including POCs, RFPs, and architecture reviews
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (web); familiarity with mobile app languages (e.g.Swift, Kotlin, ReactNative) preferred.
- Comfortable working with REST APIs, Postman, browser developer tools, and debugging complex integrations
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on understanding the why behind customer requests
- Proven experience working with a wide range of customer, including Enterprise customers, and translating their needs into effective technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to adapt and understand new and varied tech platforms
