We’re backed by some of the best in the game (Sequoia and Golden Gate Ventures), led by domain level experts, growing, and seeking brilliant like minded enthusiasts to join our team.

About the Role

Solutions Consultants at Multiplier work directly with Account Executives across the sales cycle - qualifying deals, running discovery, delivering demos, and scoping solutions. The role requires real depth in global employment: EOR, payroll, compliance, and how they interact across countries.

You'll be the person prospects lean on when they have hard questions. That means knowing the domain well enough to go deep when it matters, and being good enough in front of people to keep things moving.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with AEs on discovery to uncover compliance, payroll, and integration requirements

  • Scope and design solutions across EOR, global payroll, and benefits

  • Deliver demos tied to what the prospect is actually trying to solve

  • Navigate multi-country scenarios across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC

  • Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires

  • Surface product gaps and feed them back to the Product team with deal context

  • Support handoffs to Implementation and CSM with clear, scoped notes

  • Contribute to team resources: country guides, objection libraries, demo environments

What We're Looking For
  • 3-6 years in a customer-facing role: SC, SE, AE, CSM, or Implementation

  • Experience in EOR, global payroll, HRIS, or international HR tech (Deel, Remote, Rippling, Oyster, ADP, Workday, etc.)

  • Comfortable presenting and demoing - can hold a room and hold a conversation at the same time

  • Able to make complex topics clear without oversimplifying

  • Understands how deals move and where they tend to get stuck

  • Based in United States

Useful but not required

  • Experience across multiple geographies or employment models

  • Background in compliance, HR ops, or global mobility

  • Familiarity with integration patterns (HRIS connectors, payroll, SSO)
