As Solutions Consultant, you will be a key player in CapIntel's presales motion, working closely with the Director of GTM Strategy & Solutions and Strategic Account Executives to win enterprise deals with leading financial institutions. You'll translate complex client requirements into compelling, tailored demonstrations and proposals that clearly communicate CapIntel's value.
What You'll Be DoingPresales Execution
- Lead and support discovery sessions with prospects to uncover technical and business requirements.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations to audiences ranging from technical evaluators to C-suite executives at large enterprise wealth management firms.
- Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires with high-quality, differentiated content.
- Configure and maintain demo environments that reflect real-world client scenarios.
Solution Design & Advisory
- Work with prospects and Account Executives to design solution configurations that map CapIntel's platform to client needs.
- Serve as the technical and functional subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle.
- Identify integration requirements and work with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Director of GTM Strategy to build and refine presales playbooks, demo scripts, and competitive response frameworks.
- Provide structured feedback from the field to inform product roadmap priorities.
- Support sales enablement initiatives, including contribution to bi-weekly GTM enablement sessions.
Process & Quality
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date presales documentation, including discovery templates, demo guides, and proposal libraries.
- Help identify and flag risks in active pursuits to ensure deals progress efficiently.
- Continuously refine your approach based on win/loss learnings and market feedback.
- 3–5 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a related presales role, ideally within a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Understanding of wealth management, financial advisory workflows, or institutional investment platforms is a strong asset.
- Strong presentation and communication skills — comfortable in front of both technical evaluators and C-suite executives at large enterprise wealth management firms.
- Hands-on ability to configure and deliver polished, scenario-based product demos.
- Familiarity with SaaS architectures, data integrations, and enterprise software evaluation processes.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously.
- Reports directly to the Director of GTM Strategy & Solutions.
- Willingness to travel up to 20–30% for client engagements and industry events.

For this role, the posted base salary range reflects our expectations for candidates hired into the role in applicable markets. Final compensation is determined based on factors including your experience, skillset, potential impact, and work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be adjusted as needed.
