The Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll partner with the sales team to demonstrate how Finch’s solutions will address their business needs. In addition to collaborating with the Account Executives, you’ll partner closely with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Sales Engineer supporting our rapidly growing team.
What You'll Do
- Be a technical subject-matter expert on all of our products and support the sales team throughout the sales process and deal strategy
- Be a strategic partner with Account Executives to demonstrate to prospects how Finch can address their use cases and technical requirements that drive business outcomes
- Identify innovative solutions and deliver constructive feedback for process improvements
- Equip the sales teams to efficiently close deals with technical sales enablement material
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of relevant sales engineering experience
- Technical understanding to drive selling strategies with prospective customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Engaging persona with the ability to build relationships with business and technical contacts
- Successful track record of partnering with internal and external product and engineering teams
- Ultimately, a creative problem solver!
Nice to have
- Previous start-up experience
- Experience working at an API company or on an external-facing API team.
