At Tracksuit, we’re building the world’s most loved brand tracking platform — now tracking in 25 markets and trusted by over 1,000 brands globally.
We believe that great brands are built on creativity, care, and consistency — and that’s exactly how we’re building Tracksuit. We’re growing fast globally, and now we’re on the lookout for a Solutions Lead to own commercial outcomes across the full customer lifecycle, leading a high-performing team and driving the strategic engine that makes our GTM motion more effective.
The opportunity:As Solutions Lead, you’ll own commercial outcomes across the full customer lifecycle — leading a team of Solutions Consultants, running strategy on high-value deals, and driving the enablement and operational systems that make the broader GTM team more effective. This is a senior individual contributor and people leadership role, sitting at the intersection of sales, customer success, and strategy.
What you'll do:
- Partner with Sales on deals above $80k ACV from discovery through close, developing value propositions and business cases that win.
- Co-own relationships with 10–15 strategic accounts by ARR or commercial importance, delivering Strategic Business Reviews alongside CS partners.
- Intervene on at-risk renewals that require senior expertise, and identify expansion opportunities alongside Growth AMs.
- Opportunity to represent Tracksuit externally at industry events and build credibility as a brand tracking or brand marketing expert through content and speaking. Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–4 Solutions Consultants — running 1:1s, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Mentor the team on complex deals and strategic accounts, reviewing their deliverables and creating progression opportunities through shadowing and delegation.
- Build a high-performing, collaborative team culture and make recommendations on promotion and compensation to the Head of Solutions. Build GTM enablement and systems
- Train AEs on discovery and competitive positioning, and CSMs on methodology and insight generation.
- Build reusable assets — playbooks, battle cards, and ROI templates — that raise the quality bar across the GTM team.
- Document winning approaches and create feedback loops from field activity back to Product and Research. Drive cross-functional impact
- Synthesise customer and market feedback for Product and Research, and contribute to marketing campaign narratives and customer stories.
- Work with the Partnerships team on strategic partner commercial models.
That’s the role, so who are you?
- You’re a seasoned commercial operator with a track record in solutions consulting, pre-sales, professional services, or enterprise SaaS — with a background in market research, insights, or brand strategy preferred.
- You’re energised by complex, high-value deals and know how to build business cases and articulate ROI that wins over senior stakeholders.
- You’re a natural people leader who brings out the best in others — coaching your team, raising the bar on quality, and building a culture people are proud to be part of.
- You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — you set the vision and you personally deliver, without dropping quality.
- You’re a skilled cross-functional collaborator, equally comfortable working with Sales, CS, Product, Research, and Marketing.
- You’re impact-driven and excited to help shape how the world’s best brands understand and invest in brand — and to build something you’re proud of.
