Major League Baseball (MLB) is seeking a Special Events Coordinator to support the creative development and execution of digital marketing assets for MLB.TV and CLUB.TV subscription
initiatives. This role is intended for an early-career candidate and focuses on hands-on production of digital assets that support subscription campaigns, promotional events, and product launches across MLB’s digital platforms. The Special Events Coordinator will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, brand-aligned creative materials for streaming and subscription-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and production of digital design assets for subscription marketing campaigns across web, mobile, email, social, and in-app platforms
  • Assist in developing promotional creative for special events, seasonal campaigns, and subscription offers related to MLB.TV and CLUB.TV
  • Adapt, resize, and version creative assets to meet platform requirements while adhering to established brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement creative direction and incorporate feedback
  • Help maintain organized creative files, templates, and asset libraries
  • Apply digital design best practices, including accessibility and visual consistency
  • Provide general creative and operational support for streaming and subscription-related initiatives as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience or relevant internship experience in digital design, creative marketing, or digital media production
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma a plus)
  • Ability to follow creative direction and work within established brand guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-drivenenvironment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating digital assets for web, mobile, or social platforms
  • Familiarity with subscription-based products, streaming services, or digital media platforms
  • Interest in sports, media, or entertainment industries

Pay Rate: $22per hour

The actual offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your work experience, education, skills, and any other factors MLB considers relevant to the hiring decision.
