This role is a Marketing Coordinator supporting Ford's Integrated Services (software subscriptions/digital ecosystem) business, responsible for content creation, creative asset management, and cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Product, CRM, Legal, and agency partners. The position focuses on driving campaign execution and feature launches—handling everything from AI-assisted copywriting and content audits to approvals routing and operational support for promotional offers.

We are a small, highly collaborative team responsible for managing end-to-end campaign execution. This includes creating customer-facing content, managing creative assets, supporting feature rollouts, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Product, CRM, Legal, and agency partners.

We’re seeking a versatile marketer to jump in and help drive our projects forward. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable writing copy, coordinating creative reviews, managing timelines, and keeping our cross-functional initiatives on-track.

Responsibilities

In this position...

Content Support
•    Serve as the go-to resource for content and asset needs that fall outside of agency scope, which includes leveraging AI for ad-hoc copy, finding/organizing previously created agency or in-house materials into Gear repositories, and locating/requesting development of specific imagery such Ford app UI images.
•    Leverage AI eCommerce copy creation to drive trial activation and subscriptions, managing the end-to-end routing and approval process.
•    Coordinate content/briefs and partner inputs for the Ford owner newsletter to support upcoming feature launches and Integrated Services news.
•    Source or brief creative and assets for ad-hoc, unexpected requests, such as content for vehicle window stickers and executive presentations.
•    Partner with and support the dot com team during the Model Year Changeover (MYCO) website update process, actively reviewing and auditing Ford.com vehicle pages to ensure Integrated Service messaging compliance and up-to-date product specifications.
•    Drive content updates across live channels when product features/offers change, proactively initiating and leading audits to ensure all active materials remain accurate.
•    Coordinate content reviews and approvals across Legal, Brand, Product, Partnerships, and Agency teams to ensure marketing assets are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

Campaign Planning & Execution
•    Support launch planning and execution for new products, features, and subscription offerings.

•    Support cross-channel project organization – ensuring that content development is tied to aligned, planned web, CRM and paid media deliverables.

Operations & Reporting
•    Facilitate operational process to stand up promotional offers as needed.
