Responsible for building and optimizing the marketing and sales technology infrastructure (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), aligning go-to-market efforts with enterprise goals and operationalizing success across functions.
Driver behind NovaWell’s demand generation, lead management, marketing tech stack and commercial analytics. Serves as a key contributor on the marketing team, while partnering closely with sales and client success teams. Will establish scalable processes, enhance operational efficiency and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Marketing Operations:

  • Optimize the marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Salesforce) to support end-to-end lead generation and conversion.

  • Establish KPIs, attribution models and analytics frameworks to measure and report on performance across channels.

  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to align on targeting and segmentation.

  • Own data integrity and process rigor across systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker, etc.) to enable clean reporting and scalable campaigns.

  • Design, build and manage lead capture forms integrated into our website to ensure quality lead generation.

  • Set up automated email triggers to drive timely, relevant engagement across the customer journey.

  • Use Google Analytics and Looker to monitor performance, track conversions and provide insights that inform decision-making.

  • Manage UTM parameters to ensure accurate tracking of campaign and content effectiveness.

  • Develop and manage lead segmentation strategies within HubSpot to power targeted, trigger-based and nurture campaigns.

Sales Operations & Enablement:

  • Manage the sales enablement tools, training, onboarding, playbooks and performance dashboards.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership on pipeline development, territory planning, forecasting and compensation strategy.

  • Serve as the connector between marketing, sales, finance and client success to ensure revenue teams are aligned and accountable.

  • Drive best-in-class practices to reduce friction in the buyer journey, increase win rates and deal velocity.

  • Provide the CEO, Head of Growth and executive team with insights on pipeline performance, ROI trends and operational risks and opportunities.

​Education/Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing tech and operations, sales tech and operations and revenue operations.

  • Proven ability to build and scale marketing/sales infrastructure in growth-stage or mid-sized companies.

  • Background in B2B healthcare, health tech or services, especially in private equity-backed or high-growth companies.

  • Expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce and integrated MarTech/RevOps stacks; knows how to make them work together to drive growth.

  • Experience creating automated workflows, forms and email triggers.

  • Fluent in marketing and sales metrics, skilled at building dashboards and turning data into action.

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Looker; ability to manage and analyze UTM tracking.

  • Strong track record of developing gated content strategies to drive lead generation.

  • Excellent leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; skilled at breaking down silos to drive integrated growth strategies.

  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) best practices. 

  • Equally comfortable in executive discussions and CRM configurations, with the ability to see the big picture while managing the details.

  • Experience in behavioral health, health services or payer/provider ecosystems is a plus.

Salary Range:

$108,000 - $147,420

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.  This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting.  Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
