The team

This role focuses on managing and delivering sponsorship rights across multiple titles and event series. As part of our Partnerships team, you’ll ensure flawless execution of contracted rights — including broadcast assets, digital content, on-site activations, hospitality, and more. You’ll build strong partner relationships, anticipate needs, and consistently elevate the partner experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day Sponsorship Account Manager for assigned partners
  • Manage the briefing, creation, approval, and delivery of all partner assets, content, signage, and activations
  • Coordinate with internal teams: creative, broadcast, content, sales, event operations - to ensure timely delivery of rights
  • Work closely with content teams and partners in preparation for media days, including on-site oversight during shoots
  • Oversee all on-site partner delivery during events, including:
  • Broadcast integrations
  • Stage activations
  • Booth setups
  • Hospitality and VIP experiences
  • Host partners and provide structured venue tours, explaining broadcast areas, backstage operations, fan zones, hospitality spaces, and how/where their sponsorship elements appear throughout the event
  • Serve as the primary on-the-ground contact for partners, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from load-in to show close
  • Collaborate with social/media teams to ideate, plan, and publish partner content aligned with their objectives
  • Make real-time decisions during live events to protect timelines, meet partner expectations, and support show integrity
  • Support post-event reporting, recap decks, and metrics

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
  • 3–5 years of direct experience in brand or account management, client service, media or entertainment, advertising or activation agencies
  • Proven account management and project management experience
  • Experience working live events (activations, sports, concerts, conventions, etc.)
  • Excellent time-management; ability to meet tight internal deadlines
  • High attention to detail when reviewing assets and deliverables
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Confidence to make informed judgment calls that best support partners and internal teams
  • Ability to handle challenging or high-expectation clients professionally
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Willingness to travel domestically/internationally, including weekends for live events
