About us

Founded in 2020, Qobra is a B2B SaaS platform transforming sales compensation management. We help Sales, RevOps, and Finance teams automate commission calculations, build reliable compensation plans, and give sales reps clear visibility into their earnings.

Today, 350+ companies and 30,000+ users rely on Qobra, including Doctolib, Contentsquare, ElevenLabs, JCDecaux, Spendesk, and Agicap. With a team of around 50 and a presence in Paris and New York, we’re accelerating our international expansion, with a strong focus on the US.

Backed by Singular, Breega, and Revenue Syndicate following our €10 million Series A in 2023, we have a clear ambition: to become the global leader in sales compensation.

2026 marks a major milestone: our biggest product launch yet. We’ve introduced three AI agents: the Architect, the Analyst, and the Sales Coach to build and test compensation plans, analyse commission data, and answer reps’ questions. Alongside our Qobra MCP server, they bring sales compensation directly into our customers’ AI workflows.

We’re always keen to meet curious, ambitious people who take ownership, learn fast, and enjoy building together.

Don’t see the right role open today? Send us your CV and tell us what you’d like to bring to Qobra. We’ll keep your profile in our talent pool and reach out when an opportunity matches your experience and ambitions.

Our team works primarily from our Paris office, with two remote days per week after an initial fully onsite onboarding period, plus additional remote flexibility during summer and year-end.
