Job Summary:
Sr. Analyst Customer/Consumer Insights role will serve as the executive-briefing analyst inside the CMX Performance & Specialized Insights capability of the Enterprise VOC, Consumer/Customer & Insights function. The role exists to make sure that when senior leadership, the CEO, or the Board needs an answer drawn from the function’s research, listening, and performance work, they get one — at executive-grade quality, in the time available, in the voice the audience expects.

The person in this role picks up the question that landed this morning, shapes it into the right brief, pulls the threads of evidence from across the function, and ships an executive-ready recommendation that lands with the decision-maker. The rhythm of the work is set by what is in front of senior leadership this week, not by a fixed deliverable schedule. Compressed turnarounds are the norm, and the brief that ships on Friday is rarely the brief that was scoped on Monday.

Essential Functions:
Pick up executive briefing requests — including the ones that arrive late, unframed, or against a tight deadline — and convert them into Board-ready, C-suite-ready, or Trustee-ready briefing materials at the standard the audience expects. The work is recurring; the brief is rarely the same brief twice.

Flex with the leadership agenda. When the priority shifts during the week, the briefing portfolio shifts with it. Reshape the work against what is in front of senior leadership and the Board, and move quickly when the topic moves.

Carry the function’s executive-briefing standards — narrative structure, evidence standards, recommendation framing, and visual treatment. Hold the bar that makes a function’s brief read like the function it represents.

Read, pressure-test, and synthesize across pillars. Pull from B2B, Consumer, Customer & Decision Intelligence, Listening Programs, and Reputation Intelligence — read the underlying work, spot what does not hold up, and build single briefs on cross-cutting topics the function will stand behind in front of the CEO.

Partner closely with the VP, pillar leaders, and the Sr. Manager on briefing strategy, sequencing, and cadence so the function shows up where it needs to show up and lands clean when it does.

Close the loop. Track decisions that came out of briefings and feed that back to the originating IC seats and pillar leaders so the function learns what landed and what moved.

Coach analysts and Leads across the function on briefing-quality writing, recommendation framing, and visual treatment so the function’s standard travels.

Required Experience:
5+ years related work experience: Quantitative or qualitative insights, research, market research, or customer-experience work in an enterprise or consultancy setting, with demonstrated experience interpreting research output and translating it into senior-leader recommendations.
Interpretation fluency across the function’s disciplines. Reads quantitative output (segmentation, survey results, performance trackers, listening-program data, experimental and conjoint work) and qualitative output, spots weak inference before it goes into a brief, and challenges the originating IC to a better answer.
Decision orientation. Treats every brief as a recommendation in service of a decision. Closes the loop on what landed and what changed.
Synthesis fluency across the function’s disciplines — research, listening, customer and decision intelligence, reputation intelligence. Pulls threads without re-running the work.
Composure under executive time pressure. Holds quality when the brief lands late, the timeline compresses, or the topic shifts mid-week. Treats sustained pace as a feature of the seat.
Strong visual and slide discipline. Pages that earn the reader’s attention; visuals that carry the argument; no decorative noise.
Exceptional written narrative. Writes in the voice of a senior leader. Picks the message. Cuts what does not earn its place on the page.                                                               Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Research, Statistics, Behavioral Science, Quantitative Psychology, Economics, Public Health, Business, Public Affairs, Public Policy, or a related quantitative or social-science discipline.

Preferred Experience:
7+ Years - Quantitative or qualitative insights, research, market research, or customer-experience work in an enterprise or consultancy setting, with demonstrated experience interpreting research output and translating it into senior-leader recommendations.
4+ Years - Direct executive-briefing experience — producing C-suite, Board, or comparable senior-leader briefing materials as a recurring product, drawn from underlying research and insights work.
3+ Years - Working on compressed turnarounds with shifting priorities — a track record of holding quality when the timeline tightened or the brief changed mid-week.

General Physical Demands:
