As a People Insights Partner, you will drive impactful, data-driven solutions that enhance employee experience and inform critical business decisions. This role combines research rigor with advanced analytics to uncover trends, standardize processes, and deliver actionable insights. We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics.

Our People Insights Partners team immerses itself in the business to understand unique needs and challenges, while focusing on the specific needs of each business. They act as consultants, account managers, and liaisons, collaborating with our People Insights experts to deliver data-driven solutions. In this role, you will enhance our employees’ experiences and help drive critical business priorities by collaborating and connecting data points across workforce data and trends, people research, complex analysis, data visualization, and compelling storytelling.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate complex business questions into structured research and analytical approaches.

  • Design and execute research initiatives leveraging behavioral science principles.

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

  • Develop and standardize front-end research processes, ensuring consistency and scalability.

  • Implement and maintain data governance and quality control standards across projects.

  • Build dashboards, visualizations, and storytelling outputs to communicate insights effectively.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align insights with business priorities.

  • Stay current on emerging technologies and quickly adopt new tools to enhance analytics capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in research methodology and applied analytics.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and visualization platforms.

  • Ability to synthesize insights from large datasets and communicate findings clearly.

  • Skilled in process design and standardization for research workflows.

  • Strong curiosity and adaptability to learn new technologies quickly.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Skilled at extracting and using analytical insights to influence data-driven decisions.

  • Proven experience conducting complex analysis using multiple data sources.

  • Understanding of data systems’ infrastructure and integration points.

  • Strong critical thinking skills; ability to ask relevant questions and solve complex problems creatively.

  • Networking skills to build consultative relationships and support collaboration.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current on industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.

  • Experience with Talent Market Intelligence

  • Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey systems.

  • Experience with Cognos.

  • Experience facilitating and note-taking qualitative research.

  • Familiarity with advanced statistical methods and workforce analytics.

  • Experience applying behavioral science principles to organizational research.

  • Demonstrated understanding of HR processes (e.g. Talent Acquisition, DE&I, Learning & Development, etc.)

The hiring range for this remote position is $109,800 to $154,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
