Role Summary:

The Transformation team plays a critical role in the future of Saks Global by driving continued transformation and strategic priorities across the organization in addition to the integration of Neiman Marcus Group into Saks Global. This highly collaborative team works across the organization, partnering with functional leadership to create value. As the Transformation Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing strategy data for the functional workstreams your support.

Key Qualifications:

  • Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • 3+ years work experience, preferably in transformation or similar role

  • Preferred Qualifications (nice to haves):

    • Experience with business case development and / or financial analysis

    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

    • Experience preparing and interpreting flowcharts, schedules, step-by-step action plans and other executive-level content

Role Description:

  • Analyze workstream work plans progress, identifying and escalating risks.

  • Coordinate with manager to recommend solutions, and ensure they stay on track to meet milestones against set deadlines.

  • Manage synergy trackers for assigned workstreams, partnering with FP&A to ensure accuracy

  • Maintain project documentation, plans and reports, including budgeting, forecasting and project profitability data points

  • Prep content updates to help drive visibility and facilitate decision-making in senior leadership meetings

  • Collaborate with TMO team members and functional workstream leads to drive initiatives to completion

  • Support post-project evaluations, identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
