Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Associate, Inventory Desk to expand and develop our next chapter of strategic programmatic partnerships. This role will be part of our white-glove supply curation service that brings the most premium publisher inventory to our buy-side clients at Freewheel. This team works to educate Buyer Cloud clients on deal packages and private marketplace inventory that fits their unique needs and works with top publishers to negotiate deals on their behalf. In this role, you will also work closely with product, services, finance, marketing and sales teams using your business, relationship-building, and strategic acumen to deliver more value to our customers. You will also identify and lead new strategic opportunities, oversee exploratory discussions, present recommendations, and negotiate deals for unique supply access. You will use your deep knowledge of these partnerships to arm our organization with data and materials to further empower their sales efforts. This role will require you to use creativity and to proactively explore these opportunities. You will use skills across partner management, business development, strategy, and service. It's perfect for someone with experience in ad-tech and programmatic advertising, and a passion for technology, partnerships, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
    • Identify opportunities to drive growth through partnerships by collaborating internally with product, sales, and marketing teams

    • Build strong relationships with clients, publishers and SSP contacts to scale their mutual business with Buyer Cloud

    • Work strategically across Freewheel to find avenues to improve efficiency for clients

    • Negotiate favorable long-term agreements with new and existing partners in collaboration with legal, finance, product, and executive teams

    • Service clients, troubleshoot deals, and unlock new revenue.

    • Enable our global commercial organization to grow revenue by successfully bringing partnerships to market using unique materials and supporting data

    • Manage, grow, and deepen existing partnerships by identifying opportunities to leverage their full suite of capabilities, improve operational processes, and/or bring new and unique joint offerings to market

    Job requirements:
    • 5+ years in Ad tech role at DSP, SSP, publisher, or agency

    • Background in programmatic advertising; with strong knowledge of the openRTB spec and deal trafficking

    • Experience negotiating and executing business

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

    • Well versed in managing programs with cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating and lobbying for needs to improve process.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Comfortable compiling and interpreting data and making recommendations

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $97,597.58 - $146,396.37
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
