The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic real estate decision-making across a dynamic client portfolio. This role blends data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business case development to drive operational excellence and portfolio strategy. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Visualization

  • Collect, cleanse, and validate real estate portfolio data to track operational supply/demand performance, key KPIs, and market health.

  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to support strategic storytelling.

  • Utilize BigQuery to aggregate, query, and analyze large-scale portfolio datasets for advanced reporting.

  • Translate demand forecasts into actionable real estate requirements (expansion, consolidation, sequencing) aligning real estate critical dates and evolving business needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation

  • Leverage supply/demand models to create data-driven real estate forecasts that enable cross-functional teams to make informed strategic decisions for future growth and planning.

  • Support capital and budget planning processes through scenario modeling and sequencing of moves.

  • Utilize Smartsheet to build project timelines, track portfolio milestones, manage critical lease dates, and maintain real-time visibility across collaborative cross-functional initiatives.

  • Incorporate enterprise AI tools like Gemini into daily workflows to accelerate data interpretation, automate documentation, and uncover strategic insights from complex market reports.

  • Collaborate with technology leads to evaluate, implement, and automate emerging tools—leveraging JavaScript to build cloud workflows and spreadsheet automations—to enhance business processes.

  • Support ad-hoc strategic projects and contribute to scalable solutions for multi-market occupier engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, real estate strategy, or management consulting.

  • Advanced proficiency within the Google Suite (Workspace) ecosystem, including advanced data modeling in Google Sheets and Excel.

  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet setting up automated alerts/workflows.

  • Experience using Gemini (or similar AI tools) to streamline data workflows, draft comprehensive business cases, and optimize analytical productivity.

  • Experience using JavaScript (or Google Apps Script) to automate processes, reduce manual tasks, and streamline workflows.

  • Experience writing SQL queries in BigQuery to manage and extract insights from complex data structures.

  • Proven track record of building data delivery pipelines and reports in Google Data Studio (Looker Studio); experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, or ESRI preferred but not required.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Experience in client-facing roles and working within cross-functional teams.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 93,500.00 - $110,000.00
