Transcarent is Hiring for a Full Time Senior Business Process Analyst opportunity. This position is Remote. 
Applicants with experience in digital health who bring strong process‑building skills using tools, (i.e Visio or Lucidchart) paired with a solutions‑oriented mindset, the ability to think strategically across the enterprise, intuitively connects the dots across teams, systems, and processes to drive smarter solutions, identifies opportunities for improvement, and builds scalable, future‑focused solutions this position is for you!

About this Role:

he Sr Business Process Analyst will serve as a critical partner in advancing Transcarent’s Care Delivery operating model through rigorous analysis, process design, and solution definition. This role will support the optimization of clinical and operational workflows that enable scalable, high-quality virtual care while ensuring that business needs are clearly translated into actionable requirements for Product and Technology teams. 

You will partner closely with Care Delivery leaders, clinicians, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze complex problems, design future-state workflows, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and Member experience. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep analytical rigor, and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, evolving digital health environment. 

What You’ll Do  

Business Analysis & Process Design 

  • Analyze, define, and document business requirements on assigned work streams. 
  • Facilitate planning sessions to draft diagrams representing project context, solution design, and process flows. 
  • Translate clinical and operational needs into clear and actionable business requirements for Product, Engineering and Service Operations teams. 
  • Serve as a systems subject matter expert (SME) and partner with project stakeholders to determine appropriate solutions. 
  • Identify gaps in business functions and processes; review alternatives with business partners to determine optimal solutions. 
  • Document use cases, process flows, and detailed requirements through stakeholder interviews and collaboration with Product Management. 
  • Formalize and standardize the business analysis process for the Care Delivery team. 

 

Solution Evaluation & Delivery Support 

  • Conduct feasibility analysis to determine business and technology benefit of proposed solutions. 
  • Lead user story review meetings with Product and Technology partners as needed. 
  • Develop user acceptance test (UAT) plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements and participate in testing activities. 

 

Cross-Functional Partnership & Consultation 

  • Partner with clinical, operations, product, technology, and analytics teams to align on solution design and delivery. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Care Delivery leaders on process design and system enablement. 
  • Support structured decision-making through clear documentation, data-informed analysis, and stakeholder alignment. 

 

What You Need  

Required  

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis experience. 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare and/or insurance setting 
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment. 
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences. 
  • Experience facilitating workshops, planning sessions, or stakeholder meetings. 
  • Commitment to deadlines with a strong sense of urgency. 

Preferred  

  • Familiarity with virtual care workflows, care coordination, or clinical operations. 
  • CCBA or CBAP certification. 
  • Business Process Solutions experience. 
  • 3+ years experience with: 
  • Miro, Lucid, or Visio 
  • JIRA and Confluence 
  • SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. 
  • Experience with EHRs, CRM tools, or care platforms. 
As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:
$100,000$120,000 USD

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.
