ABOUT

NewForm is the creative intelligence company. We help category disruptors like Kalshi, ElevenLabs, Ro and others scale paid ads by turning creative into a measurable, repeatable growth system.

We oversee $100M+ per year in paid media spend and launch hundreds of ads each month, with each ad making our system smarter. We're producing 300+ social media ads per month and are pushing toward 1,000+. Production is one of the cornerstones of our growth, and we're looking for a Senior Content Producer who is passionate about growing our production team while also improving creative quality with every single ad.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on production role - you'll be shooting and directing a high volume of short-form social media ads daily. But we're not just looking for high-quality shoot execution, we're looking for someone excited by the challenge of building and scaling our production org towards industry-leading levels of output and creativity.

You're likely a videographer/DP who can shoot high-quality content. You can set up a great set. You can direct talent to give their best performances. But you’re not just thinking about execution - you’re thinking bigger about the systems behind it. You can build the team and processes to scale our production volume. You can coach junior talent to produce, shoot and direct better. You understand what works in paid social ads, and you've probably worked inside an agency or brand team.

This is a fully onsite, hands-on role from day one, reporting to our Head of Creative. You'll be shooting, directing, and owning sets personally, while also helping shape how production gets staffed and run as we scale. You’ll have a direct hand in designing our new studios and modular sets. We're looking for people who are ambitious, want to grow, and are excited by the idea of helping scale a production team from the ground up. This is a high-impact role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own on-set production for a high-volume (5-10 daily) of short-form social media ads across formats: from phone-first run-and-gun to fully lit multi-camera DSLR setups

  • Operate and set up camera, lighting, and audio on Sony cameras (FX30 or similar) and phone

  • Direct and coach talent, including trained actors, to deliver strong, natural performances on camera

  • Help design and build our new studios and sets as we grow our physical production space

  • Help design and build the systems, workflows, and standards our production team runs on

  • Recruit, train, and mentor other producers and production staff as the team grows

  • Partner with our Forward Deployed Creative team to translate briefs into production-ready plans at high volume

  • Bring paid social and performance marketing fluency to every creative and production decision

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent technical camera skills and strong experience as a videographer or DP, including Sony cameras (FX30 or similar)

  • Agency production experience, ideally with paid social or performance marketing exposure

  • Proven ability to direct actors and get strong performances on camera

  • A track record of building or contributing to a production team or function, not just executing within one

  • High ownership instinct. You think about the business, not just the shoot list

  • Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $110,000 - $120,000, with bonus potential up to $150,000

  • Unlimited PTO / sick days

  • Full medical/dental/vision benefits package

  • $300 commuter benefits

  • Annual team offsites
