The Role

We're seeking a customer facing, data-driven Sr. CRO Strategist with 4–6 years of experience to lead conversion rate optimization initiatives for a portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce clients. This is a customer-facing, agency-style role where you will manage multiple customer, owning both strategy and execution of high-impact experimentation programs with a strong emphasis on A/B testing, while acting as a trusted advisor.

You will translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives, build client-ready decks, and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders across different levels.

What You'll Do
  • Lead CRO strategy and execution for multiple DTC e-commerce accounts, from audits and roadmaps to A/B testing and reporting

  • Design and implement experimentation programs including A/B and multivariate testing, analyzing user behavior to identify optimization opportunities

  • Establish KPIs and create testing roadmaps for advertising (campaigns, landing pages) and websites (UX, checkout, conversion flows)

  • Own client relationships end-to-end, serving as the primary strategic partner,, providing expert guidance on CRO methodologies and communicating results clearly to stakeholders

  • Build and maintain a strong testing pipeline that continuously answers the needs of clients and their customers

  • Pull, analyze, and synthesize performance data to generate actionable insights

  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and decks that translate data into clear business recommendations for diverse audiences (marketing, product, executive teams)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (media, creative, analytics) to ensure cohesive strategy and execution

What You'll Bring
  • 5-7+ years experience as a product manager, UI/UX designer, CRO Strategist or data analyst, preferably at a DTC brand or client facing agency

  • Proven experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify friction points, translate data into actionable insights, and make sound recommendations

  • Deep experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, including test design and analysis

  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, consumer psychology, and UX/UI principles that drive conversions

  • Experience with data storytelling, deck-building, and presenting insights to stakeholders at multiple levels

  • Results-oriented problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments and uses testing (including failed tests) as learning opportunities

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence client decisions

What Success Looks Like
  • Effectively manage multiple DTC e-commerce accounts while maintaining high-quality communication and delivery

  • Achieve strong client experience metrics including high satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), clear communication, and proactive expectation management

  • Build client trust that drives long term partnerships, renewals and expansion opportunities

  • Deliver measurable improvements in conversion rates, revenue, and key KPIs through a consistent, high-quality experimentation program

  • Provide clear, insight-driven reporting and storytelling that enables clients to make confident business decisions

  • Successfully balance multiple client relationships without compromising strategic or executional quality
