You will bridge the gap between Limited Partner (LP) reporting needs and machine learning, ensuring our models evolve to handle the full weight of private market complexity.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Expansion & Model Development:
- Construct the "Next-Gen" Playbook: Design the comprehensive data extraction rules for complex LP documents (Capital Account Statements, PCAPs, Call/Distribution Notices). You will move beyond standard mappings to define how our system handles high-complexity scenarios at scale.
- Drive AI Evolution: We aren't starting from scratch-we are leveling up. You will analyze model performance on intricate data sets and provide the "human intelligence" needed to retrain our system for higher accuracy and deeper granularity.
- Curate High-Fidelity Training Data: Personally analyze and annotate complex, proprietary documents to define the "Ground Truth." Your deep markup of these documents will serve as the gold standard that our engineering teams and models aim to replicate.
Expert Intervention & Logic Definition:
- Complex Data Intervention: Serve as the final escalation point for data integrity. When the automated logic encounters a new or difficult fund structure, you will step in to resolve the breakage, ensuring the data balances and the output is client-ready.
- Codify Financial Logic: Translate abstract accounting concepts (e.g., recallable capital nuances, equalization adjustments, multi-tier waterfalls) into systematic rules that our product team can implement.
- Research & Discovery: Proactively identify new reporting trends and asset class variations. You will research how these new instruments should be captured and define the schema before they ever hit our automated production lines. What We're Looking For:
Client & Market Leadership:
- Client-Facing Authority: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will demonstrate our deep understanding of their data challenges and articulate how our technology navigates the complexities of their specific portfolios.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work hand-in-glove with Product and Engineering. You bring the "Business Logic," they bring the code. Together, you will build the future of private markets data.4-7 years experience in private markets financial analysis, fund operations, or fund administration roles.
What we're looking for:
- Experience: 7+ years of rigorous experience in private markets, specifically within an LP, Fund of Funds, Family Office, or Fund Administrator.
- Deep Domain Fluency: You have spent your career analyzing Fund and Investor-level data. You understand the "why" behind every number on a Capital Call and the relationship between financial statements and investor reporting.
- A Builder's Mindset: You are looking for a role where your industry knowledge helps build a product. You are excited by the prospect of taking a manual, messy industry problem and solving it with systemic logic.
- Technical Instincts: You are a business person who understands data structures. You may not write software, but you understand how to organize data, identify patterns, and define strict logic rules.
- Uncompromising Standards: You know what "audit-ready" looks like. You are willing to dive into the weeds of the data to ensure our AI is learning the right lessons, refusing to compromise on precision.
What You'll Get:
- Medical, dental, vision benefits
- Flexible PTO
- 401(k)
- Flexible work from home policy
- Home office stipend
- Employee Assistance Program
- Gym/Wifi reimbursement
- Education assistance
- Parental Leave
Our Values:
- Client First -> Listen, and deliver client-centric solutions
- Be An Owner -> Take initiative, improve situations, drive positive outcomes
- Excellence -> Always set the highest standard for yourself and others
- Win Together -> 1 + 1 = 3
