  • Design high-impact email elements and, when needed, full email creative.
  • Support digital merchandising efforts through compelling promotional assets.
  • Translate marketing strategy into conversion-focused digital creative.
  • Partner closely with UX to ensure creative aligns with customer experience best practices and provide branded visual components that support scalable UX workflows.
  • Iterate creative based on performance insights, A/B testing, and campaign results.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate production workflows and enhance creative output.
  • Maintain organized, scalable files and reusable components within Figma and our Digital Asset Management tool.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or performance marketing environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce campaigns and promotional digital creative (portfolio required).
  • Experience creating assets that scale across multiple digital channels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong typography, layout, and image retouching skills.
  • Experience using AI-based tools to enhance efficiency and output quality.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, performance metrics, and optimization principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent promotional campaigns in a deadline-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail with strong ownership mindset.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

What would make you stand out

  • Experience creating light motion graphics or animated digital assets
  • Background in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries
  • Proven familiarity designing within CMS-driven eCommerce environments
  • Experience partnering with Growth teams in performance-driven marketing organizations
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance creative efficiency and output
