Bank Tech's Account Servicing domain focuses on curating trusted, loyal, primary banking relationships with business and consumer customers by building, maintaining and securing digital experiences for Capital One. This individual contributor role will provide support to the Senior Vice President who leads Account Servicing, which comprises over 500 associates.

This Senior Director, Chief of Staff role serves as a strategic partner to the Senior Vice President of Account Servicing. Key responsibilities include driving work through influence and adeptly managing stakeholders across all organizational levels.
The successful candidate must possess a strategic mindset and strong storytelling skills, enabling effective partnership with business/LOBs. They will lead the entire lifecycle of initiatives, from setting the initial vision to end-to-end execution, and must be able to facilitate and enable platform vision building across large organizations. The work will include a mix of staying well-managed on existing intent (finding leverage points for efficiency) and owning new initiatives with autonomy.
Furthermore, a critical aspect of this role is a commitment to curiosity, specifically leveraging AI and Large Language Model tools to bring efficiency to both the role itself and the broader organization to unlock maximum value.
