We are currently seeking a Sr. Director, Client Relationship Management Proxy Solutions to join our Non-Listed Issuer (NLI) dynamic team. In this role, you will lead 2-3 client-facing professionals who will manage proxy campaigns and focus on proactive outreach to build relationships with new and existing clients. You will oversee all campaign-related activities for defined major accounts and as an escalation point for any complex accounts, as necessary. This role is hybrid, which means you’ll have the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely, allowing for meaningful work-life integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop 2-3 client-facing professionals to manage successful proxy campaigns and act as consultative partners to our clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for all strategy-led activities for major NLI accounts.
  • Participate in campaign planning and strategy.
  • Build customized budgets based on campaign strategies developed
  • Monitor campaign results and proactively work with the client and data strategy team to adapt the campaign strategy as needed to reach quorum.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to recommend the best success path for proxy events. 
  • Define go-to-market strategies and identify new product opportunities.
  • Stay informed and responsive to proposed and finalized regulatory changes within the asset management space.
  • Serve as an industry thought leader, participating in panels, and enhancing Broadridge’s reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Mutual Fund and/or Alternative Investment proxy management or related experience inside a top-tier Asset Management firm.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team of client-facing professionals.
  • Proven leadership, project management, and client engagement abilities.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise information.
  • Deep understanding of market demands and strategic execution expertise.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a hands-on approach and willingness to engage directly in execution.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $165,000 - $175,000 Annual

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
