Reports to: Head of FP&A and Business Finance

Help Transform America's Leading Denture and Implant Provider

A five-year transformation. An opportunity to own meaningful results.

Affordable Care is the nation's leading organization focused exclusively on dentures and implants, supporting approximately 380 clinics across the country. Since 1975, we've helped millions of patients restore their smiles, confidence, and quality of life.

Today, we're entering an exciting new chapter of enterprise transformation.

We're focused on unlocking significant value through operational excellence, patient access, clinical consistency, and disciplined growth.

We're seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Value Creation to help turn this strategy into measurable business results.

This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional strategy development and directly influence how a national healthcare organization operates, grows, and delivers value.

The Opportunity: Stop Advising. Start Owning.

As a Transformation Lead, you'll own the execution and financial outcomes of a strategic value creation initiative within Affordable Care's enterprise transformation program.

Working directly with executive leadership, operational partners, and finance, you'll translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies, challenge conventional thinking, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation.

This is not a traditional reporting, project management, or advisory role. You'll be accountable for business outcomes, with the visibility and cross-functional partnership necessary to make a meaningful difference.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Own meaningful financial outcomes: Lead initiatives with multimillion-dollar EBITDA impact and clear accountability for measurable performance.

  • Partner directly with executive leadership: Collaborate with the CFO, CEO, and executive sponsors on strategic priorities, operating decisions, and transformation execution.

  • Influence enterprise-wide change: Work across nearly 380 clinics and multiple business functions to identify opportunities and implement sustainable improvements.

  • Accelerate your leadership trajectory: Build the operational and financial experience needed for broader enterprise leadership opportunities as the organization grows.

 Where You'll Create Impact

Our enterprise transformation strategy is organized around six value creation priorities, each with defined financial targets and operational performance measures.

1. Improve Patient Conversion
Strengthen patient engagement, consultation effectiveness, and treatment acceptance to help more patients access the care they need.

2. Expand Patient Access and Demand
Optimize patient acquisition, scheduling, insurance participation, and clinic utilization to drive sustainable revenue growth.

3. Accelerate Clinic Growth
Support the development and scaling of new clinics through disciplined expansion strategies and operating models.

4. Improve Operating Efficiency
Identify opportunities to optimize cost per patient, workforce productivity, and operational performance across the enterprise.

5. Modernize Laboratory Operations
Advance laboratory efficiency, technology, quality, and cost optimization through improved systems and processes.

6. Advance Clinical Excellence
Improve clinical consistency, patient outcomes, and treatment efficiency through scalable standards and operating practices.

Your assigned transformation portfolio will reflect your experience, strengths, and alignment with the organization's highest-impact priorities.

 What You'll Do

Drive Enterprise Transformation

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and performance management of assigned value creation initiatives.

  • Translate enterprise objectives into actionable roadmaps, measurable milestones, and financial outcomes.

  • Partner with operational leaders to identify barriers, resolve challenges, and sustain execution.

Own Financial and Operational Performance

  • Develop driver-based financial models to quantify opportunities, assess investments, and measure EBITDA impact.

  • Establish and monitor operating KPIs that connect frontline performance to enterprise financial results.

  • Identify performance gaps, pressure-test assumptions, and recommend solutions grounded in business economics.

Partner With Executive Leadership

  • Work directly with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives, evaluate strategic alternatives, and accelerate decision-making.

  • Present recommendations, progress, risks, and financial outcomes to executive leadership and governance stakeholders.

  • Influence without direct authority, building trust and accountability across functions.

Turn Strategy Into Results

  • Move initiatives beyond analysis and recommendations into operational implementation.

  • Collaborate with field leadership, finance, and functional teams to embed sustainable performance improvements.

  • Apply analytical tools, AI, and emerging technologies to accelerate insights, decision-making, and execution.

 What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of progressive experience in management consulting, private equity, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, investment analysis, or a comparable business environment.

  • Strong financial acumen, including driver-based P&L modeling, business case development, and financial performance analysis.

  • Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems and translating strategic recommendations into executable initiatives.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Practical proficiency with AI-enabled tools, data analytics, and modern business productivity technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with a premier strategy consulting firm, investment organization, or enterprise transformation team.

  • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare, consumer services, or other operationally complex businesses.

  • MBA or equivalent advanced education.

  • Exposure to value creation planning, operational improvement, or performance transformation initiatives.

 What Sets You Apart

We're looking for more than an exceptional analyst or strategist. We're seeking a business-minded leader with the curiosity, judgment, and drive to turn insight into action.

You are:

  • Intellectually curious: You challenge assumptions, ask thoughtful questions, and uncover opportunities others may overlook.

  • Commercially minded: You understand how operating decisions translate into revenue, profitability, and enterprise value.

  • Collaborative and influential: You build productive relationships while constructively challenging the status quo.

  • Resourceful and action-oriented: You navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and find practical solutions.

  • Accountable for outcomes: You take ownership, anticipate obstacles, and remain focused on delivering measurable results.
