The Role

The Program Leader is responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the PartnerTrust Partner Program within the Global Partner Organization, reporting to the SVP Channel & Alliances. This role will oversee cross-functional coordination, manage program timelines and budgets, and ensure alignment between RevOps, Marketing, and key stakeholders across the organization in the Center of Excellence group. The ideal candidate brings strong program management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute the program framework and priorities established by leadership, operationalizing structure, requirements, and incentives while tracking program health metrics
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the program, ensuring milestones, budget, and quality targets are met
  • Assess and improve supporting infrastructure (portals, systems, help desk) and establish SLAs to ensure a responsive, high-quality stakeholder experience
  • Own end-to-end onboarding and intake processes, streamlining workflows and eliminating bottlenecks to reduce time-to-active
  • Serve as operational owner of key workflows, coordinating with Legal and Finance to accelerate agreements/contracts and maintain compliance tracking
  • Act as operational liaison between the program and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Product, Operations, Customer Success), coordinating workstreams and accountability
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, and status reporting for leadership review
  • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating appropriately when needed
  • Manage key relationships, escalations, and communications; prepare business reviews and represent the program at internal and external forums
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and impact
  • Drive continuous improvement of program management processes, tools, and best practices

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize complex, multi-stakeholder processes and drive execution across cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Experience with agreement/contract workflows and working effectively with Legal and Finance functions
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, MS Project) and CRM or related systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting program updates clearly to senior leadership and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar program/project management certification preferred

Nice To Have

  • Experience in the cybersecurity or enterprise software industry
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with change management or organizational readiness initiatives
  • Familiarity with eSignature tools (e.g., DocuSign) and portal/PRM-style technologies
  • Data visualization or reporting skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • MBA or equivalent business education
