About the Role
Agero is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This is a critical, high-visibility role that serves as a key liaison, connecting FP&A with our Accounting and core business functions, with a specific focus on driving our client success and business line profitability. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for partnering across the business to deliver financial results. This role reports directly to the Director of FP&A.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Client Pricing & Partnership:
- Serve as the primary financial partner to the Client Success team, leading client-specific pricing exercises from inception to execution.
- Provide strategic input and financial modeling to shape client pricing strategy and create compelling individual price proposals.
- Present and articulate pricing recommendations and financial justifications to business partners and senior leadership.
- Business Line Financial Management:
- Take full ownership of the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for two key lines of business.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, analyzing actuals against budget/forecast and providing actionable insights into variances and trends.
- Sales Commission Administration & Design:
- Manage the quarterly calculation and payout of sales commissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner cross-functionally to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations for future-year changes and improvements to the commission structure.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in complex financial modeling and analysis, particularly in pricing or profitability modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey complex financial data to non-financial audiences and senior leaders.
- Strong collaborative and partnership skills, with a track record of effectively working with business unit leaders.
**This role requires being onsite in our Medford, MA HQ one day per week (Wednesdays)

The base salary range presented represents the anticipated low and high end salary range for new hires in this position. Your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as work location, experience, job related skills, and relevant training and education.
